In order to assist some specific Client Groups, I C has appointed parties to act on its behalf. These parties are called Authorised Representatives, and will be either …..

Corporate Authorised Representatives, (if Incorporated), or,
Authorised Representatives, (if an individual).

Each Representative must be registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) when appointed, and a number is allocated by ASIC to each Representative. Authorised Representatives’ names and numbers can be searched on the ASIC website.
