Financial Services Licence

The Australian Financial Services market place has gone through significant change.

The Federal Government has legislated to make sure that products and services are delivered more consistently and with greater disclosure, to ensure increased protection for consumers.

Legislation came into effect on the 11th of March 2003 that required all new and existing Financial Services companies to demonstrate acceptable levels of resources, systems and competencies.
